Subsepecialty of Paediatric Haematology & Oncology (PHO) - Call for Application of Exit Assessment

Dear Trainees of Subspecialty in Paediatric Haematology Oncology (PHO), 

 
The PHO Subspecialty is now inviting applications for the Exit Assessment, which will be held in the afternoon on 25 November 2026 in the HKAM. 

Trainees who are eligible and wish to sit for the Exit Assessment are requested to submit the completed application form, together with the required documents and dissertations, to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. For your reference, please find the application form, as well as log sheets (Clinical cases, Longitudinal FU record, Procedures, Training activity) and training record templates of the PHO Exit Assessment for your attention.
