The PHO Subspecialty is now inviting applications for the Exit Assessment, which will be held in the afternoon on 25 November 2026 in the HKAM.

For your reference, please find the application form, as well as log sheets (Clinical cases, Longitudinal FU record, Procedures, Training activity) and training record templates of the PHO Exit Assessment for your attention.

Dear Members and Fellows of the Hong Kong College of Paediatricians,

It is our pleasure to inform you that Paediatric Haematology & Oncology (PHO) is inviting applicants to apply for training in the PHO subspecialty. The PHO SB is registered in the Specialist Register of The Medical Council of Hong Kong in 2022 with the specialty code of S65. We are now calling for enrolment of PHO trainees for the programme commencing in year 2027. Please find the enclosed files of Application Information, Training Application Form and the training curriculum.
